Practical drills drawn from martial arts, security work, and internal training.

Lock in a powerful morning baseline: no phone, movement, notebook, breath.
Learn simple joint and spine sequences to wake up your nervous system.
Begin tracking posture, tension, and energy across your day.
Result: You stop starting the day on the back foot and recognise how posture and breath change your mind.
Week 2 – Sensory & Environmental Awareness
Expand the 7‑day sound and café drills into daily practices.
Train scanning rooms for exits, risks, safe zones, and social dynamics.
Use a simple “relax / switch‑on” scale so your nervous system isn’t stuck on max alert.
Result: You see and hear more, relax when you can, and stay sharpened when you must.
Week 3 – Emotional Regulation & Response Under Pressure
Learn body‑based resets for anger, anxiety, and shutdown.
Practice “pause – scan – choose” instead of automatic reactions.
Use scenarios from work, family, training, and conflict to rehearse better responses.
Result: You become harder to provoke, easier to live with, and more effective under stress.
Week 4 – Integration, Identity & Your Personal Presence Code
Design your personal daily Presence Code: morning, in‑the‑moment, and evening.
Connect presence to who you are as a father, partner, leader, fighter, or professional.
Build a simple plan to keep this going long after the 30 days.
Result: Presence stops being a challenge and becomes your default way of moving through the world.

I’ve spent 25 years obsessed with how presence works under pressure.
I learned it first through martial arts – structure, timing, distance, composure.
Then on Dublin nightclub doors, where misreading someone’s body language could mean real consequences.
I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing to understand how breath, posture, and energy affect the nervous system.
For 7 years I worked full‑time with Conor McGregor – in training camps, corners, and in the chaos that surrounds that level of combat sports.
For over 16 years I’ve run Shinobi Academy in Portugal, coaching people to become more capable, more aware, and more alive in their bodies.
